There are no sea shells on this beach but a lot of smooth black stones large and small. The sand is hot but very soft. We went back later that night with daddy and John to have a picnic on the beach.(we ordered Pizza) Since we only live about 2 miles from the beach, I am hoping that we will be able to spend more time there. Maybe again this week!

Your way a head of us. We've lived in NC 2 years and still haven't made it to the beach here. Of course, I always went with you in NJ. We might have to come to Cali to go to the beach with you guys!
Alyssa is just so adorable..I love that photo of her. We took Aiden to the beach for the first time since LBI last year and he loved it. He was running towards the water and waves...very scary for me. Can't wait to visit you guys and lounge on the beach.
